Supportive Care

Supportive therapy can be incorporated into your care when it’s helpful — providing space to talk through challenges, build coping skills, and better understand what you’re experiencing.

This support is often focused, practical, and tailored to your needs, helping with areas such as:

  • managing anxiety or low mood
  • improving emotional regulation
  • navigating stress or life transitions
  • strengthening communication and coping skills

For children and teens, support may also include guidance for families and strategies to help at home and in school.

When appropriate, we may incorporate brief, evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral strategies (CBT-informed), DBT skills, and family-based support.

Our goal is to provide the right level of support — whether that’s integrated into your visits or alongside referrals for more ongoing therapy when needed.
